About College

Government Degree College Neeli Nallah, Udhampur was founded in the year 2019. The foundation stone of the college was laid by Sh. Rohit Kansal (IAS), Principal Secretary to the Government of J&K, Planning and Monitoring Department. The College was inaugurated by Mr. Talat Pravez Rohella, Commissioner/Secretary Higher Education Department on 17th July 2019. The College is located at Village Neeli Nallah, Barolla. Since the establishment of the college in 2019, the college was working from makeshift arrangement, Panchayat Ghar Neeli Nallah. As the college main building is now complete and we have shifted to new college building with adequate infrastructure. The campus and the classrooms are well equipped with CCTV Cameras, modern teaching aids i.e. interactive panels, podiums, modern desks to ensure online\offline teaching, webinars, workshops, awareness programmes and seminars. . The college, at present, is providing the discipline of Arts. The College has highly qualified and dedicated teaching faculty who leave no stone unturned to impart holistic education to the students. The teachers are working 24x7 face to face and on virtual platform along with other staff. This is a signature College for fitness, alternate medium, semi-skill, extra-curricular and curricular activities
