Segregation Of Waster "Swachhta Pkahwada"

Today on 8th of August 2024, GDC Neeli Nallah Udhampur organized a Cleanliness Drive within the college premises to segregate the waste properly in which sorting and separation of waste types was done to facilitate, recycle and correct onward disposal. The Principal as well as staff and students of the college took part in the programme. Near about 20 students participated in the event in which they first collected all the waste like food scraps, paper and liquid waste from the college premises then the same was disposed off into the dustbins. Students dug a pit where the segregated waste was properly disposed off. NSS Unit SWEAK also conducted a plantation drive within the college premises under the theme “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam” to celebrate 78th year of India’s Independence.
